Concord - Bone Mines
Bone Mines is set on the planet Akkar. The guild has set up a mining operation to harvest multiple resources on this slowly dying planet.
This map features a package pickup spot in the middle under the skeleton and and two capture points, one under the giant head of the skeleton and the other inside a giant egg on the other side of the map. One side of this map is landmarked by lush blue foliage and borders a jungle while the other side is covered in tar and dead foliage and looks over tar pits in the shadow of a broken moon.
I was the map lead for this level and my contributions to the map include world art and set dressing for most of the outside areas. I also handled composing the midground, sculpting terrain and painting foliage. Additional level art duties also included occlusion, sublevel management, precomputed visibility, map and memory optimization.
